I first heard this song when I was rooming with my friend, Nancy, at Madison College the summer of 1963. I adopted it as my theme song until I met Chris. Now I have regrets that I was so shallow and unkind to the boys I dated. But at my 40 year college reunion I was relieved to find out that many of the boys I dated were dating at least one other girl besides me! So now I don't feel so bad. I do pray for my granddaughters that they will be wise when they are of dating age and make good choices. Also that they will not be cruel to any boy they date, and that they will conduct themselves in such a way that all will know they are girls of integrity and character.
Jeremiah 17: 9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
