Jeremiah 17: 9 "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Loved the picture. On this day: I always think about the people I know who were in the military. My father is the first. Then, the friends I lost who severed, and the loved ones that were ‘left behind’. Many were the brave! Later, when I was teaching, I had students who were “boat people” and were picked up by ships and came to America. We had a number of students who came to the Cheney High School area. Then, last week, my doctor ‘yelled’ at me! He said to go get the singles shot. So off I go to Walmart and got it. The Pharmacist came to give me the shot. When she signed the paper and gave it to me, I thanked her, I pronounced her name ‘Win’. She looked and asked me how I knew how to pronounce it. I told her that I had students, ‘boat people’ from Viet Nam. She said, “I was a boat person too.” What wonderful citizens they have turned out to be. Being a military brat, and all the travel I have done overseas, I am still proud to be an American. Do have to admit, I like Italia food the best. Have a lovely holiday with your family! Blessings to all!

Yes, I do love the good old U.S. of A. Freedom isn't free. And I do love Italian Ice cream-- gelato.
